Hip Cellar is a HKQAA-assured, 24-hour temperature and humidity controlled urban cellar storage space with panoramic harbourview dining rooms, a chillout lounge and a Wine Library for tastings and gatherings among friends.


Starting 2016, the dining rooms will restructure into the latest culinary experience project of of Boston-born celebrity Chef David Myers: AnOther Place by David Myers. Chef Myers was the mastermind behind Comme Ca and Hinoki & the Bird (Los Angeles), Salt Water and David Myers Café (Tokyo) and lately Adrift at Marina Bay Sands (Singapore). An eternally changing French Asian 4- and 6-course degustation menu will be offered, with the option of menu on request for cellar members.
